New video and single Onfim from the upcoming album is out!
Onfim was a six year boy who lived in Novgorod in the 13th century, nowadays Russia. He left his pictures scratched in soft birch bark. They are the earliest known children’s drawings in existence.

FFM Festival in Los Angeles
Great news! Maskeliade will be participating at the Far From Moscow Festival in Los Angeles, USA (9-11 DEC). The festival will take place in UCLA (University of California Los Angeles) and gathers a new wave of Russian artists in film, music, cuisine, fashion, and comics. Gig is TBA.
Gig at Mêlée Numérique
Digital festival and conference La Mêlée Numérique 2016 invited Anton Maskeliade to play a gig in Toulouse, France on 30 SEP.
Audio guide for GULAG Museum
Maskeliade has made audio guide for The GULAG History State Museum, creating atmospheric soundscapes for the exhibition.
The exhibition is dedicated to the history of the rise, development and decline of the Soviet labor camp system, an instrumental and integral part of the Soviet state machinery in the 1930s – 50s, and its political, administrative and economic role. The exhibition room also displays personal cases of various people who fell victims of the Soviet repressive policy and were sentenced to labor camp imprisonment.
Music for The State Tretyakov Gallery
Anton Maskeliade composed a music for the The State Tretyakov Gallery video. Tretyakov Gallery is a world-famous museum that possesses a unique collection of Russian art which includes masterpieces which span a period of a thousand years. Nowadays it contains more than 170,000 works by Russian artists from early religious paintings to modern art.
Skolkovo Jazz Festival
Maskeliade will be giving a lecture about Generative Music at Skolkovo Jazz Festival on 27 AUG at 16:00.
Poems are released on Polutona
Maskeliade`s poems were released at one of the most important media about Russian poetry – “Polutona”.
Poetry has been always playing an important role in his life. He started writing poems since he started writing. It triggers his music ideas and helps composing tracks. For the last year Maskeliade has been reciting poems on his live shows.
Most Creative Camp in Georgia
Maskeliade goes to the special creative camp for adults in Georgia as a music creator and collaborator. The camp is arranged by digital creative agency – Most Creative Club. It will happen 2-6 NOV.
Recently Anton returns from children`s camp Kavardak where he held a music workshop, read lectures and run street studios with kids. A track from the street studio you can listen here.
Morning Sessions: vol 2
Maskeliade continues morning sessions. Now it`s volume 2. The meaning of the sessions is to create short video clips consisted of first audio takes and loop samples recorded on the fly. Volume 1 is here.
